Default my sc300 turbo project

It has been a while my project is under construction seeking parts here and there and taking information. I bought this stock sc300 5speed in November 2007, started buying parts since then; suspension, brakes, wheels, tires and then during the summer i started to go on the dark side.... turbo gt4202 (74mm turbo), e-bay manifold, yes it clear the whole gt42 (no need for tilted T4 flange). Me and My buddy Tom (kings_blend on the forum) built the intake manifold, -10 fuel rail, intercooler piping. I have the 2jzge with stock internals, head rebuilt new seals etc. 2mm cometic HG. 1000cc precision injectors twin walbro and AEM EMS. LS1 coil pack (distributorless setup) Crower 272 camshaft. the r154 with the 1jz bell housing, drift motion flywheel, TT auto LSD spec stage 5 clutch. i have much more to list but this is the main concern.

The pictures are from the older to the newer i should have posted it a while ago and adding picture as i went but i did not have much time i was doing a lot of research and work.

As of right now, the car made 654whp/514ftq at 25 psi, but i had problems with the gm boost solenoid with the aem ems, it always boost creep never constant boost and slow to build boost. I bought an electronic boost controller Greddy profec B spec 2 now the car goes better, next time on the dyno is going to be at 30 psi, aiming for 800whp+

here is the first test fit of the down pipe

A picture of the actual engine bay

Here are the pictures of the car with the draglite weld wheels on it. Nothing amazing bodywise and I like it like that.

Thanks.. I did this numbers at 8degree of timing at 25# of boost, since the boost was not stable i could not raise it. I am going this week again. but now the timing is up to 18... its going to be a different story.
