Default 92 sc300 5 speed stalling

heres the deal i bought a lexus sc300 from an old lady in fort lauderdale fl. she said the car had a stallin issue. i picked it up from a service station where she had the fuel pump replaced...................................... now i own the car and cant figure out the problem without dumpin mass amounts of money in to it. sometimes when i turn the key to acc. u hear the fuel pump kick on wit the steady buzz it will run fine, but theres other time when i turn iot on that is will buzz then gergule and thats when it stalls out. also sometimes the fuel pump wont kick off!!!! it will just stay runnin and keep dumping gas into the engine... i wanna replace the fuel pressure regulator with and adjustable fpr with a gauge on it. fuel pump? fuel pump ecu? sensor? help!

it sounds like your fuel pump ecu is bad.
The pump should kick off after 5 seconds of the car being @ "on" without the engine running.

It wont be dumping fuel into the motor though, just cycling it through the system.

Do as Hellfish said, or get a new Fuel Pump ECU.
You can search for information to the pro's/con's of bypassing it.
