Default Help!!! Could this be the timing belt?

HELP HERE!!! I recently had the timing belt changed on my 95 sc400. It has been running fine, but just recently i hear a whine like the power steering makes when its low on fluid. I had also had the power steering pump replaced last year and it has seemed fine. All fluid levels are up to snuff. Anyhow, today, car was running fine, now its battery is like drained dead...hmmm. Can this be from the timing belt installation being done wrong? That whine I was hearing?
Thanks Dudes
Frank

Battery drained dead and whining? Sounds like alternator failure.
