It's incredibly light, I wouldn't even bother. What would be a great way to reduce weight is to remove the Traction Control; replace the heavy doors, hood, and trunk with carbon fiber and repaint them to the cars original colors( if you dislike carbon fiber sticking out). Other then that, you should keep your rear seats. They really don't remove much weight at all. Besides, gives more room for stuff.

Why would you ever want to remove the rear seats anyways? it would look so tacky and make our cars even more useless, not to mention they're just foam and leather. You would probably be better off by going on a diet yourself and losing a few pounds.
Honestly I've done a lot of research into weight reduction and aside from swapping the front seats, the only real practical way to lighten a daily driver without making it completely spartan is to replace body panelling with carbon fiber. Everything else, from lightweight batteries, to compact fuel cells is a total money sink. Even carbon fiber panelling is a waste of money. Yes you probably would cut the SC down by 200 lbs, but for the amount of money you spend, you might as well just slap on some forced induction or 50 shot NOS.

Remove it all! i pulled out a good amount of stuff (as you can see) and i weighed it all and its about 180lbs, i kept all speakers, sub, 12 disk, amp and the other odds and ends.
if i really wanted i could remove 200 lbs easily but some things i like, if this ruffles your feathers wait till you see whats in store...
