Do you really need a reason to swap?

prolly was not all the way on from a previous repair/service. vibration, engine torque, gforces, etc will work things like that loose if they are worn or not installed all the way.

edit--
a buddy of mine with a hardbody truck had a problem like this. His motor was shaking like crazy it was missing on #4. Checked the plugs one 1, 2, and 3, everything was fine. Checked #4 and found a different sized plug . I was afraid to remove it. So I checked the wires and how they fit the plugs 1, 2, & 3 all good. The #4 wire was mangled so it would fit and had come loose. I fixed the wire with some needle nose pliers and the car ran fine. I told him about his #4 spark plug. He decided to wait till it breaks to fix it.
