drill middle all the way out and drill those side ones about half an inch.. tap acording to what bolts you are going to be using, im thinking just do 12mm 1.25 alot of the 2jz bolts are that size and thread.

I did this yesterday, use the same size bolts that hold on the oil pan. And replace the gasket too.

If you plan on going single turbo later get one of these and a Y fitting.

5 hours??????????????????????

Took me about 45 min to drill and tap....careful cus u gotta drill a little then take the shavings out with ur finger and then drill again. Thats the biggest problem really..

Get some lotion put it on ur finger and whipe out the shavings as u drill little by little.

What are you using to drill? hole saw? or a UniBit?

As soon as u open a hole and put ur finger inside u will feel a small step directly south of the opening

O_
_ | oil down her

Kinda looks like that hahahah....you cant see it but u can feel how it is.

ALOT OF SHAVINGS will be on that top step so make sure u get out AS MUCH as u can.

Flush the oil pan with some tranny oil and keep lubing up ur finger to get out the shavings.

Dont want ur turbo eating those shavings, very bad. Drain that pan with oil and tranny oil!!

check out my hole...i first started a little and kinda readjusted to be more in the middle (it still looks slightly off but i shaved a non-perfect circle shaving down more since there is no pressure its just dumping the oil so it will fall in the pan better and not get stopped by any little stop at the hole...just look at the pic.

srry pics r sideways...u get the point..

use a hole saw....again forgot the size srry man i'll try and get it for ya but hole saw works the best i hear. I used a UniBit that goes up to 7/8ths and drilled all the way through then shaved down more for the oil to fall better....

UniBit got a lot of shavings inside i pulled out a lot using the lotion n stuff and my finger...

I modded a vacuum's tip and taped a smaller size hole at the tip enuf to fit inside the hole and vacuumed a lot of crap out too...haha it was funny looking.

use 7/8th hole saw, use the drill bit so that it doesnt let the big center chunk of aluminum doersnt fall in the pan. the aluminum is so soft that the hole saw just goes right through it.
