Number three is your power steering reservoir connection. Others dunno but I can look at mine later on. Then again it can't be unless your pic is mirrored. Do you have a further away shot of the motor?
#5 pic doesn't show up for me.

1. If I remember right the alternator connects to this to charge the battery. Those two connectors are the reason that I had Dr. Tweak do my harness.
2. I have to look at my harness.
3. This is for the hydro fan reservoir. Your going to regret not changing the waterpump before the motor install real soon!!!! That pump will not last long.
4. I have to look at my harness.
5. map sensor.
6. I think that is the IAVC. Look on the intake manifold for the part that it plugs into.

3. Yes I would, and just use the 2JZGE fan assembly.
5. In the map sensor, your swap more than likely didn't come with the sensor so your going to have to find one. Try supra forums to locate one. Your NA 2JZ has a MAF but the 1JZ uses a map sensor.

1. On the soarer harness there is a sub harness for the alternator. Does your harness have the alternator wiring? If not you are missing the sub harness.

I used the 2JZ TT pump from advance auto parts, It was made from the toyota mold or whatever TOYOTA AND AISIN were ground off of it and came with a gasket and all instructions were in japanese. I put two washers between the fan and the pulley(on each stud of the water pump), no rubbing.
(the pump I bought was only the front half so if the hydro rear and non hydro are different then you need the OEM one that has both sides.)
