Default 2jzgte issues....

Im sorry but it is hard to use the search button on an iphone and was just wondering if someone coule help me out. My tachometer,speedometer and temp gause do not work after the swap. I was wondering if somone has had this same problem or can help me search and post the thread up. Thanks

Yes u need to do the R109 mod on your cluster, I have never done it on the 2JZGTE but have done it one the 1JZ on 92 SC and 1jz on 95 SC.
I don't wanna give you the wrong info but you have to solder a resistor on the cluster

if you have an aristo motor you have to modify the wiring to the cluster. with my temp gauge was fixed by adding a 300 ohm resistor. speedo wasnt working for me cuz my tranny speed sensor was bad and i have no idea how my mechanic wired up my tach but it works

Ok its a JDM 2jzgte. Is it easier to hook up the rpm gauge to work or install an aftermarket rpm tach?
