Blizzy has done it. And you'll be on the list "who has done it".

Looking good. Cant wait to get started on my W58/SC400. Just waiting for a few more parts to get shipped and have been stymied on getting a rubber shift boot. Did you use a SC300 rubber shift boot or one from another car?

Some new pictures of the mach up. R154 Trannsmission + 1UZ Bellhousing using the custom adapter plate I got made by a friend. The shifter extension is on hold right now. Plus i'm debating on whether to get the flywheel and clutch kit from Quantum Auto or if I should use the 3SGTE flywheel and custominze it. what do you guys think? The things holding me back right now are the clutch kit, throwout bearing spacer, sc300 rear half shaft with carrier bearing, and a fitting for the clutch lines.

And here it is with the Howe Racing Throwout Bearing

I am ordering a batch of 5 flywheels right now. 1 for myself and 4 to sell.

I will be starting my manual conversion in a couple weeks for my SC400.

DRFTSC400, PM me if you are interested.

Ok here are some pictures of the VSS Sensor from Marlin Crawler.

This is very easy to install. Align the little slot from the VSS sensor to the little nitch in the Mechanical Speedo and then just screw it on. And you're DONE! lol.

I'm debating whether I should get the flywheel from Quantum Auto or just modify the
3sgte one that I already have. From my understanding the ring gear is in the wrong position and the holes need to be redrilled. Anything else? if you guys could please help I would greatly appreciate it. Its the only thing holding me back from the swap.

Not to big of a fan of redrilled flywheels. If you weaken it or get it slightly off center or out of balance the result will be bad. That baby lets go and comes thru the floor board.................
Just my 2 cents but I say buy the right one.
