Default MK3 W58 swap into 1JZ auto, need some more info and help

I've got a 93 SC300 with an auto 1JZ and am planning on doing a manual swap. I found a mk3 w58 locally with clutch, flywheel, shifter, slave, for 200$, which sounds like a pretty good deal with everything being included, but I'm not sure if all these parts will work. I've searched around and read that the shifter will be way too far forward and won't work, while others say it will work fine. I know that a new bellhousing will be needed since its a 7M, but I'm not sure about the flywheel, or even the clutch. I'd like to find out definitively if these parts will work, or if it's even worth it. If I can't use the clutch, the flywheel, and the shifter, 200$ is not that great of a deal for a W58 with a bunch of parts I can't use.
