Default Wastegate vacuum question...T61 In Progress

Hello,

Im running a T61 with a 7psi wastegate spring. I am unsure where to connect the vaccum line from the turbo to the wastegate. Is it the side tube on the wastegate or the bottom one?

Once again i am boosting max 7psi and that is stock boost.

I dont have a boost controller in place.

That means the bottom plug will be taken out if no boost controller is present, correct?
