Default Intake manifold lower GE to upper GTE rail adapter?

I know that placement on the air ducts are in different locations and they wont bolt GTE intake manifold to GE head or GE intake manifold to GTE head. I know they sale the GTE intake manifolds for much less expensive then a GE FFIM. If the problem is the air ducts/rail from the manifold to the head wouldn't that be really a great adapter for someone to make? Where would one find or get one made? I have an extra GE lower rail but would hate to by the gte manifold if I can't find a place to even make the adapter. If you know of a place or maybe and idea on cost please let me know.
