My Koyo Radiator Experience (semi-DIY)
So i bought a koyo rad to swap into my sc300. I was told it was direct swap but its not At least not on a 1992 sc300 5spd. Basically the radiator fits but you need to bend down the mounting brackets, which i already knew. The real problem is with the oem shroud. Only 1 bolt lines up. And the lower hose along with the sensor (if you have it) blocks the shroud from going fully downward. Plus the battery tray needs to be trimmed.
I wish soo much i removed the shroud before i installed the radiator. Trimming the shroud on the car is a pain in the ***. Sadly I ended up breaking my shroud too Oh well i need a 2 fan gte shroud anyways. So the top driver side bolt fits in. For the passanger side lower bolt i used a m6x45 pitch 1.00 bolt, fender washer and a spring. Basically i used the fender washer because i pushed onto the very end of the shroud and the spring to keep the washer straight. And for passanger top i just used a zip tie. I'm sure 3 out of 4 bolts is good enough for the shroud.

If you're looking for a stock replacement you can try your local auto parts retailer. If you're looking for something aftermarket you can try Samco Radiator hoses. I'd prefer hard pipes but I dont know of anyone out there that makes them.

Oreilly Auto has a bunch of radiator hose for cheap in the back of most of their stores. Take yours with you to find the closest shaped one. That will be the cheapest option that I can think of atm.
