About $200 - $800 in materials (mufflers can be a slow as $40 each but can go up to $200). And if you supply everything about three hours labor in the lift (most shops charge around $100 an hour). I have a local guy that will let me use his bay at $20 an hour if it's on a Sunday. He'll sit there drinking beer advising me as I go along. Is do it at home if I had a lift and a 220mig. Te more welds the more $$$ it costs so if you can get a long section in the bender it helps lower costs but if it isn't mandrel it hurts horses

Just did exactly this. Sounds great, especially at WOT but there's not much sound at idle. Cost me $390 for the pipes, xpipe, 2 magnaflows, and all the labor. Any idea how i might up the idle rumble sound?

I'll my returning my 92 SC400 to stock exhaust. Call me an old man but I want a quiet highway cruiser.
If anyone has a stock system in decent shape somewhere in between Vancouver and Toronto (either northern US or Canada) PM me and I'll swing by. I'll be travelling west to east in the next week as soon as my engine refresh is complete.
I have straight pipes from the cat back in reasonable shape.
We can swap and talk $$

I been reading and deciding sooo many posts about larger diameter piping better air flow this and that either most on these sites are evil and give bad advice or straight out *****’s for human brain I went 2.5 pipes with 2 new resonators and 2 new mufflers and that’s after adding on straight 2.5 pipes only with all the addition on the straight pipes my car still sucks big time loss of power big time I’m searching for the days with the stock muffler where my car had lots of power and now I feel like throwing the car away and about 800$ spent no good advice on the internet bunch of idiots running they’re mouth or like I said they’re just too dumb to realize they’re cars don’t have any torque and has slowed down freaking amazing
