Car randomly dies, then acts like its out of gas
Searched a little bit but dont really have the time, I need an answer pretty quick here.
Last night I drove home and everything was fine about an hour later I get in my car to leave, start it up and when I was backing up it just died, and everything turned off, then randomly everything just turned back on. So I checked the battery, disconnected it then connected it and the car started up fine. I drove away and it died again. Did the same thing before with the battery and started to drive away died again...now im getting pissed.
Same thing with the battery started to turn around to head back to the house and it was acting like i was out of gas (I know it had gas in it; just put some in). I had to give it a lot more for the car to go anywere. It felt like it had no power.
I seriously have no idea what this could be, dead battery (going to cheack now)...
this is a 96 SC300 manual.

I had a similar problem not to long ago and it was my battery terminals, they looked fine but sine I replaced them I have not had a single issue. Also have your charging system checked as well.
The other issue could be fuel pump

Are you using tools to disconnect the battery? If you can remove it by hand thats part of the problem. The terminals need to be tight and clean. If they are loose or dirty repair/replace them.
Check the terminals, ur battery, and ur charging system. Also a corroded ground/hot wire might cause this. Check the wires going to/from the battery, starter, and alternator.
