I know this is a n00b question, but I'm kinda new. I was just wondering would a W58 transmission fit into a sc300 2jzge?

no i have no idea what the at transmission is but the 5spd is the w58. never really cared what the at tranny was called.

What all would you need to convert AT to MT?

You need the w58 from either a 93 and up NA Supra or a Lexus Sc300. The older Supras and Celicas with those w58's ,but the shifter housing is not on them unlike the newer ones. You can use the stock SC300 drive shaft or just measure the distance from the back of the tranny to the diff and count how many splines are in the tranny.G/L
