is the top speed pro-1 exhaust a replica or copy of the tanabe medallion touring exhaust?

I see a lot of them for sale on ebay. but they are just axle back, was wondering if they sell a cat back?

do you think this exhaust would be a restriction on a 4" dp/ 4" mp with single 70mm turbo making 750whp?

but even though the piping is only 60mm (2.25"?) since it's dual exiting it will mean it is equal to a 5" single exit exhaust???

thanks

Basically identical with few differences that I can tell. If your boosted, don't run this exhaust. It's good for NA. Too small for a boosted car.

it's too small for a boosted car?? isn't it dual 2.3" pipes? if i keep the Y section 4" and just the end/axle backs this muffler it shouldn't be that bad right??

there aren't too many mufflers/exhaust systems that look stock/clean (like this one) that i like.. any other suggestions? it is a boosted car, hoping to make 650-750whp

I was going for a subtle clean look, and as quiet as possible. I think we nailed it! So it's basically a 3" turbo back w/ a Vibrant Ultra Quiet resonator in the middle, and a Vibrant Oval Muffler in the rear, with a 4" rounded edge/angle cut tip. The sound is louder than stock but still very quiet. On the highway with the windows down I don't even hear it.

What do you guys think of this setup? I know their is a bunch of these on ebay but would these be good for a 1999 sc300? My motor is stock. Just want a little more sound and I like the stainless.

I'm sure they'd be just fine if all you're after is a little more sound.
