Default Fuel pump problem on '92 SC400

I shut off my car this morning at work. Left the windows down to listen to music. I got off work and went to start it and all it would do is crank over. I pulled off a fuel line and cranked it and had no fuel spitting out. I checked voltage at the fuel pump connector and had 0V.

I came on here and researched and found a couple people had problems with the FP ECU. I ran a jumper wire from +B to Fp in the diag. connector. The car still wouldnt start but I had voltage to the pump.

I'm thinking maybe the pump and pump ECU went out together. I ordered a new pump today. The car is 17 years old with 107K miles so a new pump won't hurt it. I will read into the FP ECU bypass mod. Do you think I could be having any other problems as to why it won't start? Thanks!
