Is it really long gearing? Mine is a GTE with an SC400 rear-end, and the gearing is incredibly tall.

i think its 3.92 ..i think its good for drag purposes..i heard that the gs400 rear end has 326..which is a better gear ratio? or should i just stick to the stock sc400 ratio of 3.92..i guess it all dpends

You can use this software to put the transmission gear ratios in and diff ratio.

For my personal choice would like to change to tt 3.76. But the cost a stuffing around changing over the cradle is not worth it for me.

I still like my 3.9 over by brothers sc300 with 4.11

What is the cradle? Is that the part the holds the diff on the back end?
