I think it was more that he had an aluminum one that's made specifically for the 1uz and not a modified 3s flywheel because during the swap there where a few times where the excitement of getting it all together exceeded the desire to take pics so he forgot to take a few pics. Its happened to the best of us.
damn dude why is it so thick? I make the flywheel matt posted, it uses the fidanza plate so that if i ever stop making them people can still rebuild them. I would hate for my life to change and no longer make parts and everyone who bought one from me is screwed.
The thickness is required for the stock supra clutch system to work properly (due to the adapter plates). Plus the thickness keeps the tranny chatter to a minimum.
It wasn't made at home by someone, it was made by a company. i hope they don't go out of business just like i hope fidanza wont.
Well here is a pic. I have been getting many PM's about people calling bull**** on me.
It does exist.
Enjoy.
Matt
Do you plan on putting this in your car? If so, i would highly reconsider. It's going to change the way the whole drivetrain feels. No offense but you are a beginner at stick shift and this would be hard to adapt to. Take my word for it
