I have heard that there is actually quite a bit of debate over just how corrosive methanol is to aluminum. I know one person that swears it is extremely corrosive, but everybody else I know says that it has no negative effect. The people I am talking about are not random jackasses but most are professional tuners and people that work in the business. Something to think about...

I am a huge fan of water/meth injection, congrats on the setup!

Something else to keep in mind, if you can't get methanol for some reason you can always run to the drug store and grab some rubbing(isopropyl) alcohol! You can buy that stuff anywhere, so its a pretty convenient alternative. Its pretty expensive though...

In theory, the water and methanol evaporate long before making significant contact with the compressor blades or anything else for that matter. So it shouldn't matter regardless.

I no longer have it setup pre-supercharger. I have two nozzles in the intake pipe fairly close to the throttle body. My intake pipe is made out of aluminum though, not to mention the throttle body, the intake manifold, the heads and pretty much the rest of the motor. LOL. But, so far, it doesn't show any signs of corrosion.

I am also a huge fan. IMO, beats and intercooler hands down. At least the intercooler I was using.
