Default 1jzgte-vvti hp

Hello community, i was just wondering if anyone currently has a setup with a 1jzgte-vvti and pushing some hp . i recently purchased a 98 sc 300 with a 1jzgte-vvti and i am going to start working on it as a project but wanted to know if this engine is capable of around 500 whp with openinig it up, just pretyy bolt ons. i want to make it 500 whp daily driver but would like to know if its capable without internal work, and or if someone has the same setup and pushing some hp what mods did you have or the pros and cons with this engine if any. once again thank you very much for your replys and input .

Im no expert at all on these type of things but i always appreciate it when people help answer my question. so heres my take on it.
Im sure you can get 500hp out of the vvti 1jz but the biggest thing i would be concerned with is because it has variable valve timing it would be alot easier to screw over your internals.

so i dont know how you would go about upping it to super high hp levels without some serious looking over the internals.... not sure but just my 2cents
