Default No fire. need some help.

I have a 2jzgte swapped lexus im putting back together. car is cranking but im not getting any fire at my coil packs to the spark plugs. Does anybody know if it has any type of crank sensor? i took the car to get the frame pulled and the dumbasses put the battery cables on the opposite posts and tried to start it. blew the linkable fuse. Ive already changed all the bad fuses and checked all the rest. Do you think it may have spiked and fried my computer?

I don't think it's the ecu because the injectors are cycling. I just ordered the ignition module. I can't find the resistor to save my life I hope that's not what it is. Anybody have any ideas? Any help?
