Smile Newly Owned SC300 Questions Clutch Flywheel question HID

Hello,

I just joined the forum. My little brother-in-law bought an 96 sc300 5 speed around 9 months ago with about 150kmi for a good price.

He is looking to replace his clutch and flywheel and wanted to know if you all had any recommendations. He is on a budget being a college student.

His options thus far for the clutches are :

1. OEM or OEM spec
2. Clutchmasters (recommended by HPF)
3. Stage 3 F1 racing? seems to be less expensive from ebay but I have not
heard for them.

His car is bone stock with only a K&N Filter. What do you all recommend? How about the flywheel. I hear a LTW flywheel maybe less expensive to service by replacing the inserts? I have only experience with a stage 3 clutch and a LTW flywheel on my ef hatch with a gsr motor and found that the engage point is very small and wonder if in the long run this can last as long as oem with stock power?

Lastly, what are your recommendations for HIDs? I am looking at generic HID kits but there is a retrofit kit from Lightwerkz that uses the S2000 lights.

That do you recommend.

Much appreciated.

Here are some pics. He no longer has the chrome wheels but gunmetal oem wheels now.

Regards,
Loay
