Default checking codes

ok so i decided to check the ecu code and when i have the car to on position both engine and o/d light flashes... is this normal?

ok if im only checking the engine light it gives me 3 flashes pause then 1... then i looked up the codes for obd1 it says

31 Air Flow Meter signal (Vacuum Sensor signal). where do i find this at?

omg thats what my is doing also i was going to make a video too. so have you found out what the prob was? for me i feel like the car is sluggish and doesnt want to get into gears... its not slipping though but just very slow responce... however i did replace both of my spark plugs and wires but still have this problem....

I don't think the blinking O/D light corresponds to the same codes. I mean mine flashes 42, which doesn't make sense, as I'm not running a 7M-G(t)E. I haven't followed O.L.T's advice yet and reset the ECU. I know that the EGR problem will resurface anyways (until I remove it )
