Default Injector Pictures.

After I supercharged my SC400, I've had nothing but issues with fuel leaks. I spent a pretty penny on custom lines, and now I am leaking out of my fuel injectors.

If someone could kindly take a picture of the stock fuel rail so I can see how much, if any gap is between the injectors and the insulators and such. It will be with a 95 and below engine. I will gladly pay someone for the time spent, I need them as detailed as possible, thank you!

I'm sure there are plenty of those photo's in the SC gallery of at least the fuel rail mounted that I remember from a few years ago. Try there.

I can provide detailed pics of the rail, but it is no longer attached to my engine. WHat injectors are you using? Are they new, used? Are they leaking around the rubber o-ring where the pintiles are? Injectors should seat into the rails very snugly.

I have a couple of pics but probably not what you want. This one and one more with the rail on the engine, but its not a great shot. These are Supra injectors BTW.

I do still have the stock injectors handy if maybe you need some measurements.

The only possible problem I can see, is that I didnt lubricate the O-rings where they go into the fuel rail. I've replaced the O-ring on the same injector and it still leaks, so this time I am going to use a "light amount of motor oil" which is what a ton of manuals say for different cars. I'll find out how well this works.

Your pictures do work. I have to bend my rails a bit I think, as they don't go all the way into the rail like yours on some of them. It almost seems, as if my rails are warped.

Well, I'm glad the pic is some help at least.

You sure the injector itself isn't cracked? Have you tried swapping the injectors around to see if the leak follows?

Those rails are pretty beefy, I would think they would be hard to warp. Check inside the rail where the oring sits and make sure there aren't any scratches also.

If I think of anything else I'll post.
