His car is a 93 according to his sig.
I thought this was just an issue with the 95's but I guess since your 92 is doing it too it must be a rare case....

^That thread is for the 95's mainly, but there is still some good info in there!

why in the hell is the turbo all the way down there? Did you put on the manifold upside down or something?

long story about the manifold. First off it supposed to go that way. Second i never scene a turbo setup like this on a JZ motor and the way its running im still getting boot at around 2500 lol and its a big T4.
ill post more pics in a second. but any more ideas about why its running like this? i mean it was running good before.

When i had issues, it was the ignitor. Also make sure no wires came loose on the harness. That's about the only things you can check that can kill the rpm like that.

Any pics of the manifold? I've never seen a turbo setup like that, and to be honest, it looks like a regular manifold upside down. The wastegate placement looks a bit off, and i'm wondering where it's dumping to if it's open. Prove me wrong. please.

your posts are hard to read.
I can't help, I have this same issue, but only when I use a power FC.
Another member on this ofrum ONLY had this problem when using his OEM ecu, and went away with the power fc.

the thread on the 95's has pretty much stopped.
I'm wondering if it has somethign to do with production dates of engine vs body plugs for us, and the guy who NEEDED the PFC to rev negated the 95 issue(forget the year of his car).

edit: there's also this link which I HAD subscribed: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...ed-guru-8.html

the manifold is suppose to go this way, its just something different. there is no dump tube on yet. im waiting on material to come in.
and with this manifold im seeing boost early (around 2200) and i mean thats way early and its spooling this big t4 also. and i own every car from 7m powered to SR to CA to JZ powered cars and i swear boost hits crazy with this mani.
again please excuse the mess
