Default is my car miss firing?

guys i do not know whats wrong with my car... when i accelerate it seem like its not responding as good as before.. the car feels sluggish, or a lag.. i dont think its my transmission because my rpm doesnt go up high as if i was revving.. so does this mean i need to change out my spark plug wires? how do i know if im miss firing? can someone plz explain?

it would be best to diag over internet with a video clip or atleast a sound clip as well

with a misfire the car will sound like utter crap. You'll also notice some jerking as the car is under load. Slow response could be a number of things like a dirty MAF, bad TPS, or even a dirty air filter. Check to see if there are any codes in the ECU first then come back to here.

how do we get to the ecu and find the code

look for the connector under the dash on left of the drivers side or under the hood. E1 and TE1 will be marked

you can tell if it's misfiring because it will shake once in a while. if it's just like a slight shake and not too bad, check your sprak plugs and wires. the wires just pull one off at a time. i did that but turned my car off each time, cuz didn't know if i could do it with it on, pulled one off and my car ran better without it.
