Default Loud obnoxious noise with my SC [Video Inside]

Can anyone help me decipher this problem? My SC has this really loud noise when I start it and move the tires.... I can't really explain it so I made a video...Anyone have any idea what this could be? Also notice the whining noise once started? Not sure what kind of maintenance for this should be done, or unless someone had a similar problem that found out the culprit? Or is my SC just getting old?

Sounds like air in your power steering lines. Bleed your power steering and refill it with new fluid, and make sure to keep bleeding while filling, Make sure not to overfill, once the pump stops the pressure in the lines is released and your reservoir could overflow.

I started the car and took the Power Steering cap off and removed the cap, fluid just started bursting out. Is this normal?

Yeah seems like it. I'm gonna bleed my Power Steering tomorrow and re-fill it. Hopefully this solves it.
