SC400 shuts off at startup,and boggs back when driven.?Help.?

SC400 shuts off at startup,and boggs back when driven.?Help.?
I have a 93'SC400 with 91k miles,and im having some issues right now,hope some of you can help me out.When the engines cold,it starts up but shuts off.It does'nt shut off when i give it alittle gas and hold it.It sometimes shuts off when its warm also.Has anyone ever had this problem.?One more problem,when i drive the car,it boggs back and makes this sputtering noise.I have noo clue whats going on with this car,and its been sitting for about 3 months or so.Can someone help me out please.?

First off any check engine lights?
Car has been sitting... so is it the gas that was in there for awhile? Drain that and put fresh premium in.
Unplug the MAF, does that help or no.
Seafoam either works or does not... try those and throw some seafoam in the brake booster... maybe there is lodged in crap.
