Exclamation Bought a JDM Supra TT motor with Auto tranny for my sc300 what else do i need

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...5407&viewitem=
i am bought this jdm supra motor set for my 92 sc300
the swap came with
* ENGINE
* TRANNY AUTOMATIC
* WIRING HARNESS TO ECU
* COMPUTER (ECU)
* TWIN TURBOS
* ALTERNATOR
* AC COMPRESSOR
* POWER STEERING
* IGNITOR CHIP
* INJECTORS,COILS ,FUEL RAIL,
* INTAKE MANIFOLD ,
* TURBO MANIFOLD
is that a easy swap? i want use the TT auto tranny for my daily.what else do i need besides a intercooler with pipe, downpipe?
i have done some research but i only found that i might need resistor for the temp gauge. if i get a aftermarket temp gauge, do i still need the resistor?
is the swap will make all stock sc300 cluster gauges work besides the temp?
if i swap the JDM supra harness with the sc300 stock harness, or i have to rewire the jdm harness to the stock sc300 harness?

There is so much to learn if you are planning to do this swap on your own. Most of the questions you asked can be answered with a simple search. All your wiring harness can be taken care of by creating a hybrid harness or sending it in to a wiring professional. What they basically do is take what they need off the GE harness and wire it up to the GTE harness. Motor swaps are not that easy. You will need an intercooler but I have read that the twins on the stock 1JZ bolt up to the stock SC exhaust so no DP needed. I'D replace all the belts and seals while the motor is out.

Thats a steal that you got the 2jz for, it is a front sump so I believe there are some minor modifications needed for the oil pan and the cluster will still work..it did on my 1j

Ya, you need to swap the oil pan with a rear sump, and send the wiring to Phoenix tuning or someone like that who can take care of it.
And you actually will need a downpipe. Nobody makes one that goes from the Aristo twins to the SC exhaust, so you'll have to have an exhaust shop make you one.
I would also get engine mounts, spark plugs, and a few other maintenance things. Like timing belt, water pump, and front and rear main seals. Looks like you'll also need an intake with an air filter. And you may want to upgrade your fuel pump while youre at it.

Sorry but that is an Aristo Engine/Trans, There is no such thing as a Auto JDM Supra unless if it's aftermarket, and look at the transmission a supras driveshaft slides in an Aristo bolts up. but for part/ do list.

*Note, the prices are if you are going the cheap way, remember ebay isn't always best! Only good for nonfunctionals(non-important) parts like pipes and hoses!!!
$$$ -Probably gonna need to replace some broken electronics/clips from shipping
$20 -Check valve cover hoses
$99 -fuel pump, go with stock TT denso the walbros burn up in 2 years witht he 12v mod
$0 -12v fuel pump mod
$145-TT downpipe
$111-full water pump assembly, the aristo's operates an hydraulic fan
$$$ -supra tt radiator fan and shroud, unless if you plan on going electric fans, in that case the fans and fan controller or just hardwire it to a switch, or to a relat and then to ignition.
$0 -swap with n/a oil pan and get it tapped for oil return, aristo's sumps are in front and we have a sway bar there.
$25 -gonna need tt oil return hoses and oil return flange
$65 -Intake pipe and filter
$260 -Intercooler piping and intercooler 2.5 reccommended unless planning on 500+ hp, to much playing around with if you go 3 inch.
$480 -wiring harness extended/ adapted, Dr.Tweak at www.phoenixtuning.com does it best!
$35 -intake manifold drilled and tapped and banjo fitting(TT) for brake booster
$89 -sc400 driveshaft
$60 -TT Throttlecable
$0 -swap motor mounts off of n/a motor
$0 -swap grounding off of n/a motor
Total= $1389+ Not all of the costs are there, like connectors and little fixes.

Another Note** Before starting the engine, do make sure to break the turbos lose, spray wd40 and spin the turbines, if you skip this you could end up with an oily mess! Remember this engine set could have been sitting for a couple of years so you might want to pre-oil the turbos with oil as well.
