Default What 1jz's?

wat specific 1jzgte's will fit in the sc? people have said that the 1jz from the mk3 supra wont be a direct fit into the sc? i found one from a chase and was wondering if it would drop right in.

jzz30/soarer will fit, along with jzx100/jzx90/ chaser will fit.

the reason why supra ones are not direct swap is because the dash plugs are different.

so the jza70 harness cannot be converted to work with our scs?

With about $450 it can. You can make a 1JZ fit into an SC as long as it has a rear sump oil pan. If it doesnt have it then bolt one on.

whats a rear sump? Also, of those two jzx motors, im assuming the 100 is more powerful? Much appreciated, love to learn love to soar.
