SC300 with a TT Head and TT Auto Questioins???
hi guys,
I'm taking my 92 SC300 and going to swap alot of my supra parts over to it and got some questions.
Drivetrain:
I have a BL tranny. Does the dimensions of the TT tranny and NA tranny about the same? Like will the sensors all be the same? Will the linkage bolt right up? Will the driveshaft be the same length?
Then on the Engine side of things..
I'm putting my TT head on the NA block. I'm going to swap to a TT oil pump, TT harness of course, TT Cam sensors, Crank sensor...etc
Does the NA have an ignitor and if so, it wont work with the TT due to the coilpacks right? I got a TT one but curious.
Will the fuse box pretty much work as well or will i need modifications there?
Any and all help is appreciated.

The TT tranny is physically shorter than the stock SC tranny.
You will need a custom drive shaft or use the SC400 drive shaft,
you will also need to swap the coupler at the tail of the tranny to do this.
Swapping to the TT head, you will have to use the TT igniter and ecu.
Not sure on the fuse box.

hmm didn't think about the PS pump and such, i'll have a look at that. I guess you put a TT one on it?
I have the ignitor and resistor box as i knew i would need them.
Sucks about the driveshaft, i was hoping it would be dang close that i could make it work. I have the TT diff and axles out of my supra that i'm putting in it too.
Anybody know anything about the oilpump area? I'm putting a TT oilpump on it in order to adapt the crank trigger sensor. Am i missing something on this thought process?
