Default sc400 not running smooth

can any sc expert tell me what is wrong with my sc? my problem is that when i go over a speed bump and when i try to to give it gas it doesn't want to go, it feel like it don't have any power, i have to wait a few a second when my rpm go down then it want to go, it feel like if it was too heavy, could it be my spark plugs? i just change that like a couple of days of ago, i use bosch patinum spark plugs.

My car have about 156k miles, new timing belt and water pump recently done, what seem to be the problem help help,
