GTE swap time; some elec setup questions for gurus
hey guru's:
im doing a usdm GTE longmotor swap with twins in TTC format or aftermarket med. size street single
the car is a 93, oem 5mt sc300, footwork prepped, will retain stock W58 for now.
Mechanical things aside, i was considering for Engine electronics;
stock ge harness;
aem ems for ge sc300
aem map sensor
Ls1 coilpacks direct to ecu
external boost controler
main concerns are:
how do i adapt ( or wire) the cam/crank sensors from the gte motor to the aem- should i direct feed to aem just like Ls1 coil conversion?
