Default 95 SC400 belt squeeks

I know this subject has been brought up before. My car has been in the garage and driven all summer and the belt has not squeeked once. I put it under the carport for 5 days and start it and let it warm up and the belt is squeeking at idle. I rev it up a little and it goes away but still making noise at idle. With the serpentine belt you cant tell where the noise is coming from, so I took the belt off and spun all acc. and they were all smooth and quiet, maybe the A,C, comp. sounded a little dry but it sounded like that last year when I put a new tensioner and idler pullet on. My dad thinks all it needs is a shot of belt conditioner/dressing. I am hesitant to use it because I know the flat side of the belt runs against the water pump. The belt looks as good as a new one with no cracking.
