How do you know it's fuel? White = probably water in the exhaust (likely head gasket issues)... does it smell like anti-freeze? Do you have any buildup on the inside of your oil cap?

White smoke usually means you are burning water, burning rich is greyish black smoke and oil is a blue colored smoke. so burning water means a blown head gasket. That could explain the power loss as well. Check your water level and do a compression test.

Wouldn't hurt to get that power steering fluid out of your intake

Classic blowback symptoms.

Possibly a MAF issue?

Fuel does not smoke white at any time. It will NEVER be white smoke if its a fuel related issue.

As said before:

Fuel - Black or very dark grey
Oil - Blue or blue/grey color
Coolant or water - White smoke

You have an issue with coolant or water getting into the exhaust. That can be caused by a blown head gasket, a leaky hose of some type, etc. You should start with a leakdown test and a block tester and go from there.

Drain your oil and see what color it is too while you are at it.

On your stratus, that would likely be the valve cover gaskets, not the head gasket.

its not fuel. like everyone has stated like a thousand times...

if youre burning oil or water. your o2 sensor could give a faulty reading make your car run rich and wasting gas...

you can tell if its fuel... its dark like diesel truck black smoke dark.

the white smoke and blue smoke is very hard to tell the difference. if your headgasket is blown see if it over heats or check your oil or coolant see if its milky. if its oil check you plugs and see if theres oil on them or do a compression test

thankfully you have a 2JZ-GE and headgasket is a cakewalk compared to most other engines.

should be about $800 to get her running from a shop or $50-80 if you do it yourself...

oh, and do your TB/WP while you are in there.

it could also be low quaility fuel...i had a teacher fill up at an el-cheapo gas station and as he left the car was sluggish and was spewwing wight smoke. He syphoned the gas from the tank and WOW half of it was gas half was with water. best way is to do pull out some gas in a small flask, put a few drops of water in there and then shake it up really well. Water and oil don't mix so if you see water after you shake it up it's time to do a fuel system overhaul...and stop buying cheap gas.

if it had to be anything besides the headgasket, i am going to randomly guess o2 sensor.
