96 SC4 engine into a 94 SC4..quick ???

I did a quicky search but didn't find what I was looking for. I know the answer is out there though. I just need to double check that the engine/tranny with ECU from a 96 will swap into a 94? I know it will fit, I was just wondering about the electronics part.

I belive that the electronics are different
96 = OBDll
94 = OBDl
I think that the MAF are different. I might be wrong
