If it's the timing belt then it's worth doing idlers and tensioners whilst you have everything apart.

If it's the accessories belt then the tensioner should be fine forever, the bearings in the pulley on the tensioner and the idler should be replaced every 100k or so. Doing bearings doesn't require removal of the tensioner though as the pulley comes off on it's own.

To do the accessory tensioner then put a ratchet on it and turn it counter clockwise to remove the load from the belt and pull the belt off. Undo the pulley centre nut, it's a left hand thread.

To remove the tensioner you will need to remove the cam cover and associated plastic parts to allow the tensioner to come out as the edge of the tensioner is behind a plastic cover. I think there are four bolts holding the tensioner on.

Matt.

My problem is bigger than I thought.
Originally I thought only the drive belt tensioner was loose, but when I went in to start taking it out, found out my PS Pump is loose. One of the stud that holds it broke off and it's moving around. The pulley was starting to rub against the alternator and the tensioner pulley.
So more fun for me.
Thanks for the instruction.
