Coolant burning
I've got a 1996 SC300 with about 94,000 miles on it. Lately I've been smelling burnt coolant. I got the system pressure tested and no leak appeared. However, I seem to loose about half the reservoir every 100+ miles. I think I've found where the system is leaking and have it isolated in the photos attached. I was looking for some guidance on what this area was and suggestions for a fix. It might just be the clamp on the hose but I would appreciate some of your thoughts. The first picture is to show the area. The second is a zoom in on the area I believe is leaking (its just behind that tubing). Thanks!

Yeah I would say the same thing. Get a new piece of hose and a new hose clamp. The hose might possibly leak again if you try to reuse it.

Upon further discovery the coolant leak may not be coming from the hose and/or clamp. I trimmed the hose and put a new clam on that seems to be holding tight. The seeping/leaking looks like its coming from the underside of the bell shaped part in the center of both pictures. It looks like that is what I need to replace. Can someone tell me what that part is called?

It is either a coolant valve or a actuator I forgot the actual name the dealer calls it. It is either or one of those names. Try to find one at a junk yard cause those things are kinda pricey if you get them from the dealer. That ro you can get it on CL I would do that. Better luck on here then going to a yard.
