Default Auto trans question

I have a auto 93 sc300 that I want to make it so it has ~400-450rwhp. I've read that the stock trans can handle only about 300-350hp with a good cooler.

My question is will the built boost logic na-t trans (http://www.boostlogic.com/xcart/home.php?cat=18) for the mkIV autos fit right in my sc300? It's rated to handle up to 550hp. Also, will any modifications need to be made, or is it as easy as remounting and connecting whatever needs to be connected for it to work properly? And how reliable is this trans if anyone has tried it?

Thanks
