92 SC400 A/C Drier replacement ???

What is the best way to Replace/access the A/C drier on a 1992 Lexus SC400??

I replaced mine on my 97 SC400. I just reached through the front bumper unbolted the two line off the top, loosened the clamp, pulled it out and put a new one in. Took maybe 30 minutes mostly because everything was done by feel.
