Default Changing Timing Belt and Waterpump

Hey guys Iam thinking of buyingthis 95 SC400 125K on the odometer, I have previousely only owned Rx7's, so I have no experiences with pistons, I am pretty mechanically inclined, changed out engines in 89, and 93 Rx7's

How difficult is it to change the waterpump and the Timining belt and whatever else that may be needing to change under the front housing? is there a website with how to's?,

By the way the engine temp needle is at about 1/2 after a 25 minute drive with with the A/C on full blast, outside temp about 60 degrees, should I be concerned about cooling efficiencies?

Thanks

DN
