Default Video of a possible tranny issue.

So tonight my revving issue got the best of me so I decided to use my cell camera to shoot a video while driving home from work to see if someone can help me out on my issues. It seems like my tranny is very laggy when shifting and not to mention shift points seem much higher than it should. When I step on the gas no matter what speed I'm at the car sounds really loud, very tank like lol..........almost like I have aftermarket headers and exhaust....which I'm 110% sure I dont lol.

I will let the video say the rest because I'm not sure how else to explain it.

Note: sorry about the crappy quality it is the LG Rumor and the sound you hear is the wind because I had my windows down.

Any help would be great.

I'm wondering if it could be the torque could cause a grinding/vibrating noise when idling and putting into gear.

Do you think a flush would work or should I just replace the tranny?
