Default What is this part? (pic)

I think its an AC related, but if it is ,whats the motor right next to it? Is it AC too?

The motor looks like it ran away from the windshield wipers and joined the AC.lol

that canister is for traction control. not ac related at all.

Its a tank that stores nitrogen and that other circle thing is the pump. Its there for the trac system and brakes .Yes its big and in the way but if your system is in good working order ( Nitrogen filled and lines bleeded) braking is smooth, not to mention if your car dies on you your brakes remains nice and soft for a while.

Thanks guys,its a good thing you guys told me before i try to remove it with my AC system,lol.

Is there any way to get rid of this system ? I'l be doing a 5 speed conversion soon,so it will be in the way of the slave sylinder...right?.

My sc 400 is 5 speed with the tank and pump still in place .I was gonna remove mines since my car dont have trac anymore but i just left it alone .You can probably get the brake system off a non trac sc and swap it out .It will be very difficult to replace the lines with the motor in the car but if you go for it goodluck
