Hey everyone, I wanted to know if you guys could help me. Well I have a 92' SC 400 and the steering wheel doesn't want to go down when I press the button to adjust it...it will come out more and it'll go up more, but it won't go down for anything. Right now the steering wheel is pretty high almost as high as it can go.

So my question is, how can I fix this manually?? Or what can I do to bring it down more without having to take it to the dealer and/or buy a new steering wheel?
