My JDM 2JZ-GTE Supra Engine Conversion
First off i ordered from jdmracingmotors.com a Supra 2jz-gte mk4 complete engine swap. Comes with everything! Hence "Complete"
Day 1: 3pm - 7pm
-Took it for it's last ride before the swap and it was nice since it was the first ride since i lowered it. Love the looks and stares from the small town i live in.
-Took the front bumper, fenders, and side skirts off.
-Stripped the interior except for dash since i was warned that trying to remove it could cause it to get broken and was unnecessary.
-Started disconnecting wires and hoses from the engine, Drained coolant.
What i want to happen tomorrow:
<pull engine, ecu, trans, and wiring harness
<receive the swap and look over it to check life of parts
<crazy clean on the engine bay
<figure out what i am gonna do about the wiring harness being shorter and figure everything else about the swap out.
-BTW if i posted in wrong sectionthe please just move it, thanks!-

May I make a suggestion?
First make sure you have a free afternoon, then:
1. Get a case of beer.
2. Remove and open said beer.
3. Begin drinking beer.
4. Put on some latex gloves, you'll thank me later.
5. Cut and strip a wire, insert an extended piece of wire, solder wires, shrink wrap wires.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 about oooooo 50 times give or take.
*HINT* In the event of you beginning to have strained back, neck, fingers, etc., you have forgotten steps 1-3.
Good luck.

95% percent of the JDM 2jz-gte's that "jdm companies" sell are from an aristo. a JDM supra motor is actually pretty rare

yeah i talked to the company and they said they mixed up the order but they do have the engine.
On that note, day two, i called it quits early today thanks to nasty misquotes, and smashing my hands so much.
Day 2: 3pm - 6pm
-disconnected fuel lines
-hacked off rust bolted downpipes
-removed exhaust
-removed hood
-removed more electrical wires
-removed ecu
-pondered staring at the gte and it's twins
