My JDM 2JZ-GTE Supra Engine Conversion

uhh what o-ring are you talking about? haha
as for heater hoses, i have the ge ones on the gte and the gte has the stock turbo hoses ill take a picture for you.
Insted of drill i will probably just be tapping into another line for the brake booster. I have to yet look into this, tomorrow is gonna be a big day for finalizing for me i have off of work. I should have more answers then.

As for the o-ring, there's one between the upper oil pan and the cylinder blocck if you look closely. It's usually stuck in the block because there's a little notch for it to fit in. The notch is like the one on the front of the block the water pump attaches to.
And I was about to start to drill my intake manifold for the brake booster, but if you can locate me to a place where we wouldn't have to drill, that'd be great too.
If you get stuck with anything i MIGHT be able to help you since I just did most of the stuff and everything is still fresh in my memory.
Good luck!

you could do the swap in a day but seriously it would probably take 1 whole day 24hrs, The main key is to get everything.
Custom Exhaust
the gte
valve cover hoses, mine were bad
Fuel Pump
Water Pump Assembly
Upper and lower Oil Pans and get thenm tapped
BOV
Custom IC Piping
Intercooler
sc400 driveshaft, what i did since kept the aristo trans
repace anything that broekn on the setup from shipping/wear
custom intake kit
coolant hoses
Turbo Timer, i would perfer
custom power steering lines
mount power steering resovour
get bov mounted on the IC piping
custom turbo oil return hose
then doing all of the cuts and such to IC piping
then custom mounting the intercooler
getting the throttle cable
run lines for boost gauge
run lines for other gauges
hook up fuel lines
drill and tap for brake booster line
hook up lower and upper engine grounds
serpentine belt
Then once get in put oil in, bleed power steering, add coolant.
then start up leave running for 5 minutes and take for a short drive.
Then do maintence,
Timing Belt
Tensioner
Tensionor roller
crank seal
cam seals
valve covers gaskets
trans fluid
oil and filter again
differential fluid change
alright i was wrong maybe 2 whole days could do one if it was 3 or 4 people on alot of monster.

well yesterday installed an autometer boost gauge, and autometer oil pressure gauge. I orderd the Union Bolt off of the is300 from Elmhurst Toyota for the oil pressure gauge and later that night put on the custom turbo oil return hose, and recieved my water pump assembly. Today i bought more parts for my gauges, and installed the water pump assembly and liking how everything is finally coming together... now just for the wiring harness, i think i might just call and see how things are going monday.
-=To Do/Get=-
-Buy 2x electric fans
-Install Driveshaft
-Install Timing belt Tensioner
-Install Timing Belt cover
-Pick up IC Piping that was welded
-Pick up Coolant Hoses
-Send In Intake Plenum to get drilled and tapped for Brake Booster
-Finalize Gauges hookups and stability
-Hook up Tial Bov on the newly welded IC Pipes, and route Vacuum Line.
Thats all i am hopeing for until i get my wiring harness.
Then its, harness, interior, exhaust, intake

i don't like gauges being seen it the cabin i think it's kinda rice. Idk i use to have a eclipse gst with triple gauge pillar pod racing seats all that stupid stuff i like keeping cars stock as sight but hidden gauges, since they aren't really anything but a light show unless if it's a race car.
