IAT Testing for 1995 SC300
Does anybody know what pins are for the IAT coming off of the 6 pin MAF connector? What resistance should I be seeing if the sensor is good?
I am asking because I pulled codes tonight and got code 24, IAT circuit fault. I want to test the sensor to make sure that is what is throwing the fault and not a wiring issue in the circuit.

I am assuming the right side is when looking at the pins from the side the plug connects to the sensor. That is standing at the front of the car looking at the MAF.
The car has been sitting for 20-25 minutes after my wifes commute and I was getting a reading of 0.670 kohms. I am going to pull the sensor out, bring it in the house and check it again in a while at room temp (75°).
Thanks for the info!

I let the sensor sit in the house near an A/C vent for about an hour. The resistance measured 2.230 kohms so looks like the sensor is ok. I wonder what caused the code? I am going to reset the computer and drive it some and see if it comes back. If it does I guess I will have to dig deeper into the wiring to see if there is a problem.
