VSV valve clicking
I have a 1995 SC300. With the ignition key on run with the engine of I get flikering of the check engine light combined with the clicking of a vacuum valve or solenoid which is located just behind the fuel presssure regulator. The car just will idle plus throught the power band it runs super rich.

Most likely the VSV mentioned in this thread...

Either remove it (you dont really need it) or replace it (expensive). If you decide to remove it, run the vacuum line off the manifold straight to the fuel pressure regulator.

ok it's not that one it's the one right behind the fuel pressure reg. I know the part works because I switchd it out with another one. The problem I'm getting is that the signal going to it is pulsing. Any ideas? Also ever since that started the car runs super rich and is undrivable.
